Debbie has also received Certificates of Completion from CMS for various educational activities with an emphasis in the Inpatient Prospective Payment System (IPPS) – Part A and Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) – Part B and Skilled Nursing Facility Consolidated Billing.
