- Use the Sites’ communication features in a manner that adversely affects the availability of its resources to other users (e.g., flooding continuous posting of repetitive text or denial of service attacks);

PMMC may terminate this agreement immediately without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials.

You may terminate this agreement by destroying: (a) all materials obtained from all PMMC Sites, and (b) all related documentation and all copies and installations (together, the "Materials"). PMMC may terminate this agreement immediately without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials.
18. Electronic Communications.
When you visit the Sites or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the Sites. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. However, the PMMC Site may describe products and services that are not available throughout the continental United States.
